A vault where you actually find things.
Snap an ID, an insurance card, a contract or an invoice — Filvy reads it, names it and files it. Need to find something? Just ask in plain English. Expiring? Filvy pings you 30, 14, 7 and 3 days ahead.
Filvy is in final testing. It isn't on the App Store yet.
Upload. Forget. Find.
Three things Filvy exists for. Everything else is getting out of your way.
Upload
Photos, PDFs, Word (.docx) or Excel (.xlsx). Filvy figures out what kind of document it is, names it, and pulls out the title, expiry date, parties and amounts on its own.
Forget
When the AI finds an expiry date, Filvy sets reminders for you automatically — 30, 14, 7 and 3 days ahead, and one more on the day itself. Add your own recurring reminders too ("car service", "pay tax").
Find
Ask a plain question. Filvy finds the right document and answers briefly — with the provider's name, the policy number, and a link to the source.
Your documents. Your vault.
Here's how we treat sensitive files. Full details in the privacy policy.
-
Data stays in Europe.Your documents live on servers in Germany. AI processes them in the Netherlands. Nothing is stored outside the EU — we're bound by European GDPR.
-
Encrypted in transit and at rest.Documents are protected by the same type of encryption banks use — both on the way from your phone and in the database itself. Each user only sees their own things; no one else can peek.
-
Black out sensitive bits on your phone.Something in the document you don't want anyone to see? Paint it over with your finger before uploading. The covered areas become part of the image right on your phone and never leave it — not even Filvy sees them.
-
No tracking, no ads.Filvy doesn't follow you into other apps or websites. No ads. No selling your data. Your documents are never used to train any AI model — the contracts with OpenAI and Google specifically forbid it.

Honest answers.
When does Filvy launch?
In final testing. Email the waitlist and I'll write to you personally the day it's on the App Store.
iPhone only?
First release is iPhone (iOS). Android is planned, but only after the iOS version has stabilised.
Are documents really encrypted?
Yes. Encrypted the whole way — from the phone to the server and in the database itself. Data is stored in Germany. The system makes sure nobody except you (and the people you invited into your vault) can see the documents.
Honesty though: this is not "end-to-end" encryption in the strictest sense. The encryption key is held by the server, not your phone. When the AI reads or searches a document, Google's and OpenAI's services help — their contracts explicitly forbid using your content to train their models. Full details in the privacy policy.
Who sees my documents?
You. And the people you personally invited into your vault with an 8-digit code. Ad networks, tracking tools and data brokers get nothing — we don't work with any of them. I, the developer, don't have access to your data either; the only exception is when you actively ask for support and give me permission.
How does sharing a vault with other people work?
Every vault has one owner who can generate an 8-digit invitation code, valid 7 days, single-use. Free: owner + 1 member. Paid: up to 5 members / vault — family, colleagues, clients, anyone.
Can I delete my account and everything in it?
Yes — right inside the app: Settings → Delete account. Your vaults, documents and attachments are deleted immediately and permanently. Vaults someone else invited you to stay with them; you just leave. You have other legal rights too (request a copy, correct, object) — email privacy@filvy.app, we reply within 30 days.
Who's behind Filvy?
One developer, Matěj Blinka, sole trader in Přerov, Czech Republic (company ID 07777141, trade since 2019). No team, no VC. Write to support@filvy.app.
